What’s new 🚨
Plate-aware autofocus and auto exposure
The camera system now detects your plates and uses them to lock focus and exposure, resulting in sharper video and more accurate tracking. Combined with a new exposure controller that reduces motion blur and detects fluorescent and LED light flicker that can interfere with velocity readings.
Improved plate detection
Plate detection is faster and more stable, giving you more reliable pre-recording feedback on your setup.
Improvements ✨
- Adreno GPU fix. Resolved the issue that was giving zero reps on devices with Snapdragon 730/740/750 family GPUs despite good video quality. This fixes the blank sets issue on Samsung, Xiaomi, or other flagship Snapdragon device.
- Camera pipeline rewrite. Migrated to CameraX capture for better stability across the preview, recording, and vision processing pipeline.
Bug fixes 🐛
- Fixed incorrect velocity, ROM, and eccentric/concentric data caused by a Y-axis inversion on rotated videos for both live and imported sets
- Fixed the screen always-on control for camera views mid-recording in long sets
- Fixed green sidebar and red/blue color swap on Pixel 10 Pro video playback
- Fixed a crash when scrolling through set history on the home screen
- Fixed tracking system crashes and hangs during processing
