Peak Velocity as Default Metric
You can now make Peak Velocity your default metric for records and for trend tracking. Customize this setting for the entire Metric app or on an exercise-specific basis to get the most relevant data for your training style. (Pro tip: Peak values are perfect for loaded jumps making it an even better readiness test for your athletes!)
Enhanced Trends Analysis
We’ve expanded the Trends chart functionality to give you more control over your data visualization:
- Toggle between mean or peak velocity measurements on a per-exercise basis
- View your progress across multiple timescales, no longer limited to just 6 weeks
- Get deeper insights into your performance patterns with more flexible data options
Intelligent Rep Filtering
Metric already does a lot of work to filter out unrack and rerack ghost reps from your set, but sometimes they still sneak in, especially the catches on jumps or Olympic lifts. Now Metric performs a second sweep and auto-hides any suspected false detections from the set. If it gets it wrong, just scroll down to the set review and unhide the rep to add it back into your set data.
