Faster Video Processing
We’ve made imported video analysis noticeably faster, especially with 4K footage. You’ll still see some processing time, but videos now load almost instantly into the app and processing is much faster with less battery drain too. In-app recording is also much faster with post-set processing on 1080p videos significantly faster than before.
**Improved Real-Time Feedback
**We rebuilt the real-time audio feedback system from scratch. It’s more reliable now with fewer missed reps and more accurate velocity and power callouts. As a bonus, the new system places much less load on your device helping the apps overall performance and reducing battery load during your workouts.
**History Sets View
**You can now toggle between viewing individual sets or full workouts in your history. Handy for tracking specific lifts over time or reviewing complete training sessions.
Improvements ✨
- More stable camera controls. Recording buttons are now properly disabled during processing, which prevents those annoying navigation issues mid-set
- Better workout syncing. Fixed the lag that some users experienced once they were 2-3 exercises into their workout - Metric was overly eager in its data saving calls to the cloud so we have optimised this flow for better performance while maintaining your real-time data backup.
- Smoother set editing. Improved how the app handles edits to your sets during active workouts.
- iOS 26 liquid glass effect. Added the new visual treatment to the active workout overlay and a number of small touches throughout the app
Bug fixes 🐛
- Camera now remembers your front/rear preference between sets
- Fixed Pro member access issues caused by some network edge cases
- Removed phantom video placeholders that were persisting in the video library
- Fixed workout deletion button from history view
- Fixed bug where trial videos were deleted when switching to free (free users can now also access their videos recorded during the trial for export even after the Pro trial ends)
- Keyboard now dismisses properly when tapping RPE fields
- Various stability, connection and app efficiency improvements throughout the app
