If you record a set you didn’t mean too, or were simply testing out the app without actually training you might want to completely delete a set from existence so as to keep your training history clean.
This can be done both during training in the Metric VBT app, and also via your Teams dashboard.
Deleting a set in the app
After recording a set visit the set review screen, tap on the ellipses menu icon and select delete from the list.
Nb. deleting a set is permanent and data/video cannot be recovered after this is completed.
Deleting a set in the dashboard
You can also easily delete a set from the set review screen when in your Teams dashboard. Simply open the set review for any given set and tap the Delete button and follow the instructions.
