Cloud video storage and distance exercise tracking
Cloud video storage arrives on Pro and Ultra, distance and pace tracking comes to manual entry, every exercise gets configurable metrics, and templates carry coaching notes.
What’s new 🚨
Cloud video storage
Pro and Ultra plans now come with cloud video storage. Enable cloud storage from the video settings menu and sync your training videos automatically, play them back from the Metric web app and keep them when you switch devices. Coaches can enable cloud sync for all athletes and access remote athlete videos in real-time from their coaches device or the web dashboard. Cloud sync comes with an automatic video clean up to remove old videos at specific time points to manage storage.
Distance-based metrics
Metric now allows distance, pace, and custom unit entry on all manual entry exercises. Add distance to your sets with your preferred units, and see pace calculated automatically. Distance is on by default for distance based exercises, and you can now create custom distance based exercises for your library.
Customisable metrics per exercise
Every exercise can now be fully configured with the metrics that matter for that movement. Choose which metrics are tracked, which units are displayed, and how your data is presented in the program templates and active workouts.
Exercise notes on templates
Write coaching cues on individual exercises in your program templates. Notes follow the exercise wherever the template is used. Write them once, see them every session. You can create program templates with notes in the iOS app or on the Metric web dashboard, available for all Pro and Ultra subscribers.
