Team leaderboard
Rank your roster across exercises and metrics. Configure score, filters, and absolute vs relative ranking to drive competition.
The team leaderboard is available in-app and on the coaches dashboard. It ranks your roster on a chosen metric and exercise to surface top performers and create competition in the weight room.
What the leaderboard shows
For each athlete in the ranking:
- Profile photo.
- Athlete name.
- The exercise the score was achieved on.
- The score and its units.
- How many days ago the score was achieved.
Score options
Pick the metric the leaderboard ranks on:
- Estimated 1RM — the athlete’s best e1RM on the selected exercise in the timeframe.
- Weight — the heaviest absolute load lifted.
- Relative weight — weight as a multiple of bodyweight (e.g. 2.1× BW).
- Mean power — the highest mean power produced on a rep.
- Relative mean power — mean power per kilogram of bodyweight (W/kg).
Filters
You can filter and segment the leaderboard for display by the following controls:
- Exercise
- Gender
- Timeframe
Absolute vs relative ranking
The leaderboard supports two ranking modes for weight- and power-based scores:
- Absolute — raw numbers. The athlete who moved the most kilograms or produced the most watts wins. Best for showcasing raw strength or power production.
- Relative — scaled to bodyweight. Weight becomes multiples of bodyweight; mean power becomes watts per kilogram. Best for mixed-weight rosters and pound-for-pound competition.
Absolute and relative rankings on the same lift typically produce very different leaderboards — a lighter athlete might dominate the relative view while a heavier athlete tops the absolute view. Switching between them is the fastest way to spot athletes who are strong for their size versus athletes who are strong outright.
Relative metrics rely on the athlete’s bodyweight being up to date. See Editing athlete profiles for keeping bodyweight current.
